Shipping Policy

Priority USPS Shipping is offered on all orders (this is not the case for international purchases). 

Once your item has shipped, Priority shipping **usually*** takes 1-3 business days. If the item is delayed once its in the hands of the postal service, this is something that I cannot control and cannot provide a refund for.  

International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping, please take into consideration that I cannot guarantee shipping/processing/customs times so please make sure to plan accordingly. Like previously stated, once item is in the hands of the postal services I cannot control if there is a delay and cannot provide refund. 

Refund Policy 

All sales are final due to the fact that every item is custom made. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I'll be more than happy to correct the problem and make sure your product is perfect for you!
